Bailey Edward is an Illinois-based architecture, engineering, and interior design firm dedicated to transforming the built environment for social good since 1991, having renovated historic halls at Malcolm X College and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC). The firm has been recognized for its positive workplace environment, jumping to 36 on Crain’s Best Places to Work list in 2022 and being a certified Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB). 

I collaborated with internal teams to develop digital strategies that highlight Bailey Edward’s impact on community-driven design and sustainability.
